I’m a French-trained physiotherapist, certified yoga, Pilates teacher and personal trainer, and holistic health and wellness coach, specializing in supporting women through every stage of life. With over 15 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping women reconnect with their bodies, regain balance, and feel empowered in their health and well-being.

My Journey

I began my career in France as a physiotherapist in 2008, where I specialized in women’s health. Over the years, I expanded my expertise with certifications in yoga, Pilates, therapeutic massages, and holistic healing techniques. My passion for understanding women’s unique needs—whether it’s navigating hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, or after breast cancer—has shaped my integrative approach to care.

When I moved to New York City, I knew I wanted to bring this knowledge to a broader audience, offering women a space to feel seen, heard, and supported.

I believe that true wellness is more than just physical health—it’s about harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. My method combines evidence-based physiotherapy with restorative practices like yoga and Pilates, alongside lifestyle coaching, automassage techniques, and personalized guidance.

Why I Do What I Do

As a woman and a mother of two, I deeply understand how our bodies and needs evolve over time. From the joys and challenges of pregnancy and postpartum recovery to the ongoing journey of balancing physical, emotional, and mental well-being, I’ve been through it myself.

Having experienced firsthand the transformations and demands of motherhood, I am even more passionate about supporting women through these pivotal stages. I’ve seen how small, mindful changes can create profound shifts in health and confidence. That’s why I’ve dedicated my work to creating a safe, nurturing space for women to heal, grow, and thrive—because every woman deserves to feel at home in her body.
